The evolution of software development methodologies necessary to enable a correct and effective digital transformation (e.g. Agile / DevOps) requires a new paradigm of continuous testing that guarantees the quality of the releases of digital products and applications both in the B2B and B2C world. Therefore, to avoid that quality assurance becomes the "bottleneck" of the production process, it is now essential to implement continuous testing strategies of which automation becomes more and more the decisive component and artificial intelligence an increasingly necessary extension. In this context, the development of automation tools represents an element of strong value creation as represented in the case of the tool development for the automated analysis of the offers pricing of the TIM group.
